Team Thirteen Productions

Matt Sheridan, owner Team Thirteen

Team Thirteen was never supposed to be a traditional business.

It started with three friends, all born on the 13th, making ski movies for the love of it. That was 25 years ago. No strategy deck. No growth plan. Just a camera, the mountains, and a shared drive to create something worth watching.

For the first five years, they built that foundation in Montana. Then came the move to Salt Lake City — and with it, a shift. The work evolved from passion projects into something more enduring. Commercials. Social content. Creative work for businesses looking to tell their story in a way that actually connects.

But here’s what’s unusual. For the past 20 years in Utah, Team Thirteen has largely stayed under the radar. No big push for attention. No noise. Just steady, consistent output. The kind of quiet craftsmanship that builds a reputation over time.

Now, they’re entering a new chapter. Not by changing what they do, but by opening up. Stepping out from behind the scenes to meet other business owners, share challenges, and be part of something bigger than their own work.

That’s what brought them to Durable.

Because even after 25 years, the best builders know there’s still more to learn — and that the right room can change everything.
