Tunisha Brown is an innovative and results-driven media powerhouse, serving as the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of IMPACT Magazine. With over a decade of experience, she has transformed the publication from a small readership of 75 to over 278,000 monthly visitors, securing high-level partnerships with major brands like Vivint, Buckner, and Ancestry. Under her leadership, IMPACT Magazine has become a premier platform celebrating trailblazers and change-makers across industries.

Her expertise spans brand development, public relations, strategic partnerships, and content creation, with a keen ability to cultivate high-profile celebrity interviews and host empowering events. Tunisha’s impact has been widely recognized; her magazine was archived in the JW Marriott Library at the University of Utah and the Salt Lake City Library, she was named a 2021 Citibank Woman to Watch, Utah Business 30 Women to Watch, and her IMPACT web series was selected to screen at the Essence Festival of Culture before an audience of over 500,000.

Beyond publishing, Tunisha is dedicated to fostering opportunities for Black women and diverse communities. She has spearheaded scholarship initiatives with V School, Meta, and Goldman Sachs and partnered with the Mayor of Salt Lake City to create personal and professional development programs. With a background in corporate recruitment at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch, she combines business acumen with a passion for storytelling and empowerment.
