Reid Tileston is an entrepreneur, investor, board member, and educator with deep experience in Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition and long-term business ownership.

He teaches ETA at BYU’s Marriott School of Business and Case Western Reserve University, serves on ETA company boards, and is the author of Grit It Done, a practical guide to building and owning businesses over the long term.

Reid brings an operator-first perspective shaped by acquiring, growing, and exiting multiple companies, a PhD on ETA, published academic research, and the discipline required to summit Mount Everest.
