Morgan Olsen is the connective tissue behind Durable’s community and communications—part strategist, part storyteller, and full-time champion of bringing people together. As the force behind Durable’s social presence, newsletters, and The Durable Dispatch, Morgan turns updates into conversations and customers into a community.

Before diving headfirst into the communications world, Morgan spent six years shaping young minds as a high school journalism teacher—an experience that sharpened her editorial instincts and her ability to explain complex ideas with clarity (and a deadline).

Today, alongside her work at Durable, she continues to put those skills to use as a writer for Utah Stories Magazine and as a freelance contributor to several local publications. Storytelling isn’t just her job; it’s her craft.

When she’s not building community at Durable or chasing the perfect turn of phrase, Morgan is busy keeping up with life at home—namely, an energetic two-year-old son and a creative six-year-old daughter who shares her love of arts, crafts, and conversation. She and her husband are enthusiastic travelers, often bringing the kids along when adventure outweighs logistics. Whether she’s connecting people, telling stories, or navigating family travel with small children in tow, Morgan does it all with heart, humor, and a steady editorial compass.

At the core of everything she does is a genuine passion for life and the people who make it matter. Morgan believes the strongest communities are built through shared stories, thoughtful communication, and a little bit of wit.
