The Contributor Program
Durable is built from the bottom up.
It grows because people from the community step in to help run events, support chapters, and take ownership of small but important pieces of the work.
This is how Utah’s Business Commons gets built.
Our Contributors
Contributors come from different places.
Some are early in their careers and want exposure, responsibility, and proximity to real operators. Some are builders looking to get closer to owners and leaders.
Some simply want to be useful and part of something they believe in.
You don’t need a title. You do need to show up and follow through.
What Contributors Do
Contributors help with things like:
Supporting or running events
Assisting with chapters or working groups
Helping with logistics & coordination
Facilitating conversations or small groups
Pitching in where help is needed
Roles are practical. Work is real.
Most people start small.
Durable would not work without our contributors.
This is the team behind the scenes making events happen, chapter run, and the right partners get brought to the table. They take responsibility and do the work of building community.
